The Fairies Toadstool's Policies


At The Fairies Toadstool we want you to be happy each time you shop with us at our online store.

To ensure you receive your purchase/s undamaged and in good order, all items being shipped by us are inspected and we make every effort to ensure each item is in a new condition, free of damage, prior to being carefully packaged by us for shipping.

If for any reason the goods are damaged on arrival, please notify us by email or phone within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

If you are unhappy with the product when you receive it, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Your unused product may be returned to us with the dispatch note for a full refund within seven working days of us receiving your returned product.

We will refund your funds to your nominated account after we have inspected the returned product and are satisfied that the product in question has been returned in the condition it was in when delivered to you.

Terms and Conditions for returning items:

  • A copy of your invoice and dispatch note must be included with your return.
  • All returning goods must be packaged adequately by the customer.
  • All costs incurred in returning the goods to The Fairies Toadstool are the customer's responsibility.
  • We will exchange or credit the full purchase price of the item/s, less freight charges. For exchanged items a re-sending freight charge will be payable.
  • We do not provide a refund for goods that were chosen incorrectly (some exceptions may apply).
  • All returned (non-faulty) goods must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in excellent re-saleable condition.
  • If a replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a similar item or a refund for the value of that item.
